I am 5 foot 6 inches and a size US 6-8 and this fits perfect for a short summer shrug, the sleeves sit halfway between elbow and wrist.

** Sizing can be adjusted by adding more chains at the beginning of the shrug on first arm and also by using bigger crochet hooks **
