Dunlap
Such a fun way to play with color!
Three colors are combined here in different ways: a slipped stitch pattern, Stockinette stripes, and color-on-color texture. You won’t get bored as you move pretty quickly from one section to the next.
The generous height of the cowl in partner with the loft of the fine weight yarn makes a soft, warm cowl that scrunches around your neck.
The finished size, after blocking, is 20” circumference and 18” height.
One skein each of three different colors of quince & co finch were used; you can substitute 221 yards per color of another fingering weight yarn if you need to do a little stash busting.
US size 5 (3.75mm) 16” circular needle, a stitch marker, and a tapestry needle to weave in your ends are all the supplies you need.
The directions are written and also include full color charts for each section.
On the Chart Key, the light grey square is labeled “Color C”; it should be labeled “Color A”
