This is a versatile medium sized messenger bag, great
for men or women. It’s simple to knit and fun to finish. The
bag is knit with a double strand of worsted weight wool
yarn. Gauge is 3 – 3 ½ stitches to the inch before felting.
The bag will seem huge prior to felting, but will shrink
down to a finished size of 10” tall by 12” wide with a 44”
strap, long enough to be worn across your shoulder to free
up both of your hands. With silver buttons and leather
barbed wire on the front flap, it has a certain western flair!
Colors and embellishments here are only suggestions –
use your imagination and make a bag that will compliment
your work or play wardrobe.
