Dustland Cardigan
Enjoy beautiful textured stitches with this top-down cardigan! The yoke and body of this cardigan are knit flat with sleeves knitted in the round. Diagonal ribbing, moss stitch, and broken ribbing decorate the fabric along with easy garter stitch rows. The beginner friendly textures provide an interesting and relaxing knitting journey, perfect for travel knitting or knitting with your favorite tv shows. Ribbed edges on the collar, cuff, and bottom of the sweater beautifully frame the textures. A final ribbed button band is knitted by picking up stitches along the front edges of the cardigan. Choose some fun buttons to complete your project and enjoy layering this elegant garment with your hand knitted wardrobe. This pattern includes video tutorials throughout the instructions to help you cast on, bind off, work short rows, and one-row buttonholes!

18 sts & 32 rows = 4′′ / 10cm in pattern after blocking with larger needles (US 7 / 4.5mm recommended)
20 sts & 36 rows = 4′′ / 10cm in 2x ribbing after blocking with smaller needles (US 6 / 4mm recommended)
Stitch gauge is most important, because the length is customizable. So, if you just knit a plain moss stitch swatch, that will be a reliable gauge swatch.
