Dutch Hood
Designed and knitted for the WAG Screen film ‘Tell The of Us’. The original was called a Dutch Cap!
There are two different stitch pattern variations given.
Materials
60 (80, 115, 130) g DK or Frangipani 5 ply OR
80 (110, 150, 180) g aran weight yarn
1 stitch marker
2 buttons
pair 4 mm (US 4) needles for DK set
pair 4.5 mm (US 6) needles for aran set
row counter
tapestry needle for sewing up
Sizes
To fit: child (teen, woman, large woman/man)
Tension
DK and Frangipani: 20 sts and 32 rows to 4” over pattern on 4 mm needles (or needles to obtain correct tension) after washing and drying
Aran Weight: 18 sts and 32 rows to 4” over pattern on 4.5 mm needles (or needles to obtain correct tension) after washing and drying
