Dyed In The Wool was designed as the pattern for a Dye A Long being held on the Criminal Knits (link text) Group starting April 10th (but feel free to join in any time the links are all there!) This is the perfect pattern for your first attempt at self dyeing as it will cover a multitude of sins! It’s also just a neat little fast knit that will look terrific in just about any yarn. Perfect for the beginner or as a “knit nite” project, you can get a start on those Christmas presents right now!

The pattern is easily adjustable in the mid section so yardage can vary to a greater extent than normal!

Weight of yarn is also optional. We’re using fingering weight yarn in the Dye A Long but you could use any weight - just remember to adjust your needle size and yardage!
