What would a Bald Eagle flying near Fort Snelling see when flying over one of the two rivers - the Mississippi River and the Minnesota River - that converge nearby? While we can’t fly, at least we can imagine with this cowl.

Sizes - the smaller size (22” circumference) is a closer to the neck cowl, while the larger size (32”) drapes more

Gauge - 6 sts x 8.25 rows per 1” in Chart B pattern, blocked

Materials needed -

• Sport weight yarn - approx. 200 yards for the smaller size; 275 yards for the larger size
• Knitting needles - US 5/3.75mm straight or circular
• Stitch markers
• Tapestry needle
