I like designing critter hats. This one, an Eagle Hat is the latest in my pattern inventory. I especially like the hooked beak.

If you’re looking for a gift for your favorite Eagles sports fan, music fan, bird lover, Eagle Scout or just a fan of whimsical hand knit accessories, this is the hat for you.

You will use a bit of intarsia; knit in the round; knit some circular eyes, do some fun structural knitting for the beak and embroider some eyebrows on this fun loving bald eagle.
