Needles Hat: Size 3 (3.25 mm): 16” circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn).
Cowl: Sizes 2½ (3 mm) and 3 (3.25 mm): 24” circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
