Earl Grey
Who doesn’t love a cabled hat? Add a pom pom and, in my book, you are always onto a winner. Clever combinations of four stitch cables weave their way beautifully up to the crown. The decreases are clean and simple meaning the crown is beautiful with or without a pom pom. Easy and quick to knit, this hat will be warming you up in no time. The cables are also great for practicing cabling without a cable needle. Available in three sizes, the perfect unisex cabled hat.
The tea: Earl Grey with its distinctive aroma and flavour is a firm favourite in our house. The signature citrus flavour comes from the addition of Bergamot oil to the tea leaves. Assumed to be named after the Charles Grey, the 2nd Earl Grey and British Prime Minister in the 1830s. Earl Grey tea is also reputed to have been used as a drinks mixer in Britain in the late 19th century.
