DESCRIPTION
I love tea, especially black tea and herbal tea. Earl Grey tea is the inspiration for this doily. It has a range of flavors that is represented by the textures of this particular doily pattern.
On a side note - Earl Grey is delicious with hard biscuits dipped in. :)
Although the Earl Grey I made is in light grey, it would look great in any light solid thread color.
NOTES
This pattern is available in American English and Russian crochet terminology.
The pattern consists of 20 rounds. Earl Grey is considered an advanced level pattern, with the use of front and back post stitches, chainless crochet stitches (CSDC and CSTC), splits, clusters, popcorns, picots, special decreases, and Irish-Style magic loop.
