Easiest Lace Scarf Ever
Easiest Lace Scarf Ever is just that, the easiest lace scarf you’ll ever knit. Excellent pattern for a beginner knitter. The pattern is so easy and quick, you can make one while watching a movie, and you’ll have a pretty scarf to wear. Size is easily adjustable.
This would be the perfect pattern for using up that partial ball of expensive yarn leftover from another project. You can use pretty much any kind of yarn. My samples were knitted with yarn from my stash: a #2 lace yarn (black scarf), Shawl in a ball #3 or 4 lace or worsted weight yarn (gold/brown scarf), Bernat Satin Sparkle #4 worsted weight yarn (grey scarf), and #5 bulky yarn (blue scarf). I used between 50 to 100 yards (meters) of yarn for each scarf. Tassels are optional.
Needles: I used 7.5mm needles with the lace and worsted weight yarns, and 8mm (11 US) needles with the bulky yarn.
Pattern is available in English and uses US knitting terms.
