Easily adjustable lace panel socks
This is a simple lace sock design. The sock features a lace panel worked over 20 stitches and the rest is knit in stockinette so the sock can be easily adjusted for different sizes and yarns.
The design was made by a newer knitter for newer knitters (or people who want to make something simple) and made to be a quick knit. It features just 3 lace rows.
The pattern is both worded and charted.
All even numbered rows are knit. The lace is formed in odd rows and features basic stitches. It forms a panel over 20 st. The panel is positioned in the centre of the sock but you can put it anywhere, or make the sock entirely in the lace pattern.
The construction is from the top down, heel is short rows. You can easily use the lace panel for any toe-up socks you want, also you can make your favourite heel and toe.
The socks made as pictured use up just over half of a 100 g skein.
