Animal granny Square Collection: Chicken - Puppy - Tiger - Koala - Bunny - Chick - Ox - Mouse - Monkey - Turkey - Piggy - Kitty - Duckling - Frog - Dragon

While I was on Pinterest, getting ideas for my Bunny Granny Square of this year’s Easter, many lovely pictures of chicks popped up in front of me, in the form of amigurumi, coasters and granny squares. So, as soon as I finished designing my previous one, I started planning this new granny square. As a whole, I’m proud of my animal themed granny squares set so far, and I hope the future ones will be as cute and easy to make too.

Materials:

• Yarn: any cotton yarn in the following colors and quantities: one yellow skein, one green skein, few yards/meters of white yarn, one yard/meter of orange and black yarn. Suggested yarn: D.M.C Happy Cotton, 0.7 oz. (20 g), 47 yards (43 m).
• Crochet hook, size D/3 (3 mm).
• Tapestry needle.
