The children’s favorite amigurumi plush bird, you can make it yourself with this easy crochet pattern.

Height of the toy: 24-25 cm (9.45 – 9.84 in) including crest.

You may use any yarn to make this toy, just make sure to use correct hook size with your yarn.

You will need following or similar materials to crochet the chicken as on the picture:

Materials and tools:
1. Yarn: YarnArt Velour 845 (1 skein) YarnArt Velour 844 (1 skein)
YarnArt Velour 854 (for wings)
(2 skeins or a little bit more – it depends on an individual crochet density).
“YarnArt Jeans”- 393 (1 skein)
“YarnArt Jeans”- 20 (for cheeks)
“YarnArt Jeans”- 35 (for beak )
“YarnArt Mink”- 330 (for paws) or other yarn
* You can crochet with any yarn: Choose a hook and eyes size for your yarn

1. Crochet hook size 2
2. Toy filler (synthetic balls or holofiber)
3. Two white felt discs, diameter is 2-2,5 cm (0,79-0,98 in)
4. Two sewn eyes size 13 mm (0,51 in)
5. Black thread for eyelids and eyelashes (I use YarnArt Iris)
6. Brown thread for eyebrows
7. Long needle
8. Scissors
9. Glue
