Please note - due to either small knitted pieces, strings, or the use of plastic eyes, these are not suitable for children under 3yrs old ❤️

Aldi and other supermarkets do their own version of this size egg, and most retail at around £1. This cosy will fit any brand.

I have used DK Dollymix throughout in 25g balls, these are excellent value at around just £1 in most stores, money-savvy homemade gifts, what’s not to love?! ❤️

These cuties make a great gift or charity knit. Ideal little quick knits for fundraising, and to add fun to any Easter egg hunt! Thanks to the neat fitting of the cover, the piece can stand on it’s own and makes a lovely easter display

They are easily worked over a few evenings or a lazy Sunday using very little yarn.

Materials:
3mm straight needles, yarn needle
DK coloured yarn for all as required

All can be made from cost effective 25 g DK toy yarn balls, and using oddments for smaller features:

Simple easy to follow pattern, skills you will need are; Knit, Purl, and Loop Stitch.
The loop stitch is an easy and effective way of creating the lambs hair-do - if it’s not something you have tried before - check out some youtube video tutorials which are excellent for teaching you how - it is a simple stitch once you know how.
