(from pattern) "I adapted this pattern posted by Kittyporn at Craftster.org. The pattern is, pretty much, a small hat! It’s a tube with a few decreases at the top. I think my pattern is simpler than the original: I knit the thing in one piece instead of two, gathered the top instead of binding off and sewed the back seam."
