This is a pattern for a filet crochet mug mat worked in filet crochet technique that has a picture of an Easter egg. Filet crochet looks best when worked in crochet thread, but I wanted to keep this pattern beginners friendly, so I worked it using light worsted (category 3), 100% acrylic yarn and a hook size F (3.75 mm).
The finished size in 7 inches by 6.5 inches.
