With this crochet egg pattern you can make your own cute Easter decorations. It can be lovely keychains or home decor. Of course these little eggs are a great gift for children!

These eggs crochet up pretty fast and are great for a crocheter who is new to crocheting toys or stuffed items.

The pattern is written in English (using US crochet terminology).

Difficulty: EASY (suitable for beginners)
Only basic crocheting skills will be needed to make this pattern: chain, single crochet, increasing and decreasing.

The size of the finished item is about 1.57 inches (4 cm) height with semi cotton yarn and a 3 mm crochet hook.
You can use the same pattern to make larger or smaller items by using finer or bulkier yarn. Pick a crochet hook at least a size smaller than suggested on yarn label and crochet tightly enough to achieve a tight gauge that will not allow the stuffing to show through the fabric.

Scissors, stitch marker or scrap piece of yarn;
soft stuffing;
