DESCRIPTION: Instructions included for making a basket and a wrap to use around commercial baskets and wreaths. It can be made to a custom length too.

Materials
Yarn: 225-300 yards worsted weight yarn in a variety of colors. The main basket sample is made from 100% cotton yarn. The band version is made from Red Heart Super Saver yarn.

Colors used in samples
Lime green, Turquoise, Yellow, Orange, White, Light Grey, 2 shades of pink, 2 shades of purple, 2 shades of turquoise, variegated yarn (bunny ears)

Crochet Hook: H (5mm)
Notions: Yarn needle for weaving in ends, 2 small black buttons per “face” (12 in sample), black sewing thread and sewing needle, 2 large buttons for attaching the handle, black embroidery floss
Optional: Basket with a 22-27” brim/widest part. Basket wrap size can be adjusted to fit a variety of store purchased baskets.

Measurements
Measurements: Basket - 6” tall x 8” across top opening; Basket Wrap: 25” long x 5.25” tall

Crochet Hook: H (5mm)

Miscellaneous: Yarn needle for weaving in ends, 1” D ring, pins for holding pieces in place during assembly, 3 large sew on snaps, stuffing for shoes

Gauge: Not needed for this project

Finished Measurements - 16” long x 9” wide at middle x 12” wide at the bottom edge.
