Work up a scrap crochet patchwork place mat for Easter with a matching napkin ring. Nothing says Easter/spring quite like pastels. Mini granny squares are joined as you work and then the place mat is trimmed with a lacy edging. Make napkin rings in different colors to match, or use one color. Napkin ring pattern included in the instructions.

• 1 Sm skein 4-ply WW yarn ea (lavender, lt blue, pink, lt green or mint, & lt yellow)
• 1 Lg skein 4-ply WW yarn, white (4 placemats)
• Crochet hook size H/8 (5.00 mm)
