-Product Details-
• Body diameter- 15cm (28 stitches wide + the the height of the scales along the back)
• Body length- Approx. 1m
• No wires are used to make this pattern
• This pattern contains two options for horns and two options for ears
• The body is made up in two parts so that you can customise the pose
• The scales along the back are made up as one piece for simplicity
-Difficulty-
This is an advanced pattern. You will need to be familiar with techniques such as working in short rows and confident with sewing pieces.
-Materials-
4 x 50g skeins of Scheepjes Catona mercerized cotton in primary colour (for the body)
1 x 50g skein of Scheepjes Catona mercerized cotton in secondary colour (for scales along the back)
1 x 50g skein of Scheepjes Catona mercerized cotton in tertiary colour (for coloured stripe on the belly)
A small amount of Scheepjes Catona mercerized cotton in optional colour (for horns and claws)
2.5mm crochet hook
Scissors
Polyester stuffing
2 x 15mm crystal beads for eyes
Yarn needle
Pins
Stitch markers (or yarn for marking stitches)
Some kind of tool for stuffing small parts- I used the end of some pliers
Optional- hot glue and a hot glue gun (used to adhere the scales along the back but this part can also be stitched on)
