This bright fun Scarf is a great alternative to the Christmas Sweater.
Knitted on 5.5 mm (US 9) needles in Cotton yarn.

Overall finished sizes approx 41 x62 x81 in (104x157x206 cm)
I have used cotton in the sample show, so it can be warn indoors without getting to warm. It took 1 SuperSize ball (184m ) of Black, the same of Red and 2 sts balls ( 86m) of Yuletide. However Any Yarn can be used, as the gauge is not critical.

If you choose a yarn that would requires smaller needles size you may wish to increase the number of pattern repeats to make the scarf. Alternatively, if your yarn requires the same needles size as the pattern you can use more repeats to make a larger scarf. Note both of these options will increase the number of buttons requires.
