This is a knit-look crochet ribbed beanie pattern made out of a rectangle. It was written using standard US terminology.

APPROXIMATE SIZE OF THE FINISHED ITEM:
The hat pictured will be approximately 8” (20 cm) tall and the circumference 19” inches (48 cm), considering you meet gauge. It will fit a Teen / Small Adult with head circumference of 21-22” (53-56 cm). I have also included a chart with instructions on how many stitches/rows to use for 7 other sizes, from Premie to Large Adult .

YARN USED:
I used Worsted weight (#4), I Love This Yarn by Hobby Lobby, 100% acrylic.
Color used was #320 / Sea Blue. And the amount was 2.88 oz (82 g), or 146 yds (134 m).
Note: This yarn comes in 355 yds (325 m) skeins, which is more than enough to make any size informed in the pattern

MATERIALS AND TOOLS:
5.00 mm (US H) Crochet Hook
Yarn Scissors
Tapestry Needle
Stitch markers (optional)
Pom-Pom (optional)

Gauge:
15 sts x 10 rows of the pattern = 4” (10 cm), unstretched and before washing.

You will need these skills: Chain, back loop only (blo), half double crochet (hdc), single crochet (sc), fasten off (FO), and hand sewing with the mattress stitch. I have included instructions on how to do the ribbing. I DO NOT OFFER VIDEO TUTORIALS FOR MY PATTERNS.
