Knitting pattern for a baby bear beanie and matching booties. These are knit up quickly and would make a lovely gift for a baby shower, or knit up a few for your own baby to wear every day.

You can knit them up in a soft lux wool like Drops Air alpaca, or any acrylic Aran for every day wear.

The hat and and booties are knit flat, with sewn seam afterwards, making them easy for a new knitter to make.
Quick and easy to knit on straight needles. Knit flat (no knitting in the round)

Skill level : Easy-intermediate. You need to be able to knit, purl, knit 2 together.

Yarn: Any Double Knit/ Light worsted yarn. (but it is also suited to Drops Air - which is an aran yarn.)

Knitting needles: 5.5mm / US9 and 4mm/ US 6
