This is a very easy blanket that looks great. It quickly knits up and looks beautiful when finished.
The blanket pattern is easy to knit with simple, basic stitches.
SKILL LEVEL : beginner
You will need to know how to cast on stitches, knit and purl confidently, read a row by row knitting pattern, bind off stitches and weave in ends.
NEEDLES: US 6- 7 (4 – 4.5 mm)
GAUGE : on #US 6 - 7 needles (4.0mm-4.5mm)
4” x 4” (10 x 10 cm) 20 sts x 32 rows
Gauge is not important as it is a blanket and it just amends the size a bit.

DK weight , light worsted yarn
You can knit with any yarn you like : wool, cotton or acrylic in DK weight / light worsted yarn.
