This easy crochet Beret was made with 2 strands of 2 ply wool worked together. A friend gave me the yarn and asked me to crochet her a Beret. I couldn’t download one that was easy enough for me so I designed this one. The pattern is mainly tr/US dc.and htr/hdc This item can be made in any ply wool so long as the diameter measures that of the pattern. This beret was crocheted using a 4 mm / 6G crochet hook and a multicoloured wool of unknown origin. It can be made in 4, 5, 8 and 10 ply yarns, with change of hook size as needed.
There are video tutorials attached to the front page of the pattern. Just click on the stitch required to view. This can only be done whilst the pattern remains online.
