✋ The ‘Easy Bobble Fingerless Mittens’ pattern is suitable for intermediate beginners (beginner-friendly) and includes plenty of photographs, guidance notes and tips to help you. It is written in US terms but includes a conversion chart to UK terms, along with abbreviation reminders on each page. The pattern has been thoroughly tested by both right-handed and left-handed crocheters in the UK and the US. I recommend using a 5mm/H crochet hook and Chunky yarn (category 5) but this pattern also works well with a 6mm hook and Aran/Worsted weight yarn.

✋ This pattern requires you to know (or be able to learn) how to: slipknot, chain stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, slip stitch, create front loop only and back loop only stitches and work in the round.
