Easy Cable Toddler Sweater
by Ruby Stedman
This pattern is an easy-to-follow beginner’s introduction to cable crocheting. It creates a one-piece vest, adds on sleeves, and then is sewn together from the bottom of the arm opening down to each side of the sweater.
She says that this pattern can be used for smaller babies if you just use lighter yarn and a smaller hook or vice versa.
You will need:
2 skeins of 100g yarn
3.75mm or 4mm hook (she uses F US5 in the video)
yarn needle
scissors
Note that she doesn’t tell you the actual size that it fits, but when I made it, it fit like a 24 month/2T sweater.
