This is a easy knit reversible blanket that looks great. Using only knit and purl stitches this pattern would be great for a beginner knitter.

You will need to know how to cast on stitches, knit and purl confidently, read a row by row knitting pattern, bind off stitches and weave in ends.

Crib 32” x 39” (81 cm x 100 cm) approx.
Medium 47” x 56” (119 cm x 143 cm) approx.
Large 55” x 72.5” ( 141 cm x 184 cm) approx.

RECOMMENDED YARNS: worsted /afghan / aran
Stroller 645 – 670 yards (590 -610m)
Crib 985 – 1080 yards (900 -990 m)
Medium 2080 – 2180 yards (1900 – 2000 m)
Large 3160 - 3220 yards (2890 – 2950 m)
Please note, yarn amounts are approximate!

NEEDLES: US 9 - 10 (5.5 – 6 mm) 29” - 60” ( 80 cm – 150 cm) circular knitting needles or size to obtain gauge.
GAUGE: on US 9 -10 needles (5.5mm - 6 mm)
4” x 4” (10 x 10 cm) = 16 sts x 25 rows
Gauge is not important as it is a blanket and it just amends the size a bit.
OTHER: tapestry needle, stitch markers.
