Welcome to my easy Chevron Shawl pattern.

You may use any Worsted yarn on 4 - 4.5 mm needles. But if you have another yarn you would like to use that is DK or above, use the needle size on the ball band. The shawl will change in width depending on the yarn weight (thinner yarn will make the shawl narrower and thicker yarn will make it wider).

It’s a shawl, so knit until you run out of yarn!

Want to make it a scarf, decrease cast on to 49 st.

Gauge is not important because it is a shawl and not forming part of a garment. So enjoy this no-fuss easy shawl.
