Cord baskets can be made in different sizes and shapes. This circle basket is very simple and easy because only the basic stitches are necessary.

Supplies needed:

5-6 mm cord for macrame
6 mm hook

If you choose a cord which is narrower in diameter and follow the instructions, you will achieve a different size. Nevertheless, I sincerely recommend trying out cord as an alternative to yarn, because it’s much easier to hold on to it compared to yarn.
