These Easter eggs are super easy to make: they are made out of 2 flat egg-shaped panels that are sewed together and stuffed. If you’re feeling adventurous, make them stripy or add beads.

Size: the size will depend on the yarn you are using, I made mine using DK acrylic yarn and got an egg about 7cm (3in) high.

Skill Level: beginner.

Materials :
DK acrylic or DK cotton works best to achieve the size, but you can use any yarn you wish, just bear in mind different types will achieve different sizes.

A 3.75mm (F) or 4mm (G) if using DK yarn; use the hook size recommended by your yarn manufacturer or a hook 1 size smaller to obtain tighter stitches which won’t show the stuffing.

Toy stuffing or other appropriate material.
