This pattern is demonstrated on U tube which can be accessed from the pattern page. The amount of yarn needed will depend on what you choose to make and the size. The pattern download includes a graph which shows the stitches used and their placement.
Once you complete rows 1 and 2 all you do is repeat row 3 to completion. Simple and easy.
