I created this pattern because I started spinning and all my results were pretty short. I wanted to wear and show them anyway so I made myself this beautiful shawl wich used up exactly those two skeins.
And because I often happen to come along short yarns I don’t know what to do with I thought it would be a good idea to show you, what is possible - the yarns Lecco and Soft Bamboo have around 100m each (so you might need a bit more for the picot bind off) and together they make a beautiful summerscarf with no wool in it
The size of the finshed shawl is around 140cm x 45cm

Ich hab diese Anleitung kreiert, weil ich meine ersten handgesponnenen Garne verarbeiten wollte. Da die ziemlich kurz geraten waren brauchte ich ein einfaches aber effektvolles Muster welches nicht mehr als das vorhandene Garn verbraucht.
Und weil mir auch so oft Garne begegnen die eigentlich zu kurz sind um direkt was daraus zu machen, dachte ich, es wäre eine gute Idee euch zu zeigen was möglich ist - die Lecco und Soft Bamboo haben beide ca. 100m Lauflänge (auch wenn man vielleicht noch etwas mehr braucht um mit Picotrand abzuketten) und zusammen ergeben sie ein wunderschönes Sommertuch ganz ohne Wolle!!!
Die fertige Größe beträgt ca 140cm x 45cm
