These easy hand warmers are worked sideways and seamed, creating the thumbhole as you join the work. Always slip the first st of each row purl-wise with yarn in front.

GAUGE
18 sts and 26 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Welt Stripe Pattern, after blocking.
NEEDLES
1 set US 7 (4.5 mm) DPNs.
Check your gauge and adjust needle size(s) accordingly if necessary.
NOTIONS
Stitch marker, tapestry needle.
