Easy Knit Bandana Cowl
This 4-pages pattern for a bandana cowl is very easy and uses only knit stitches (knit every row), and best of all: no counting stitches, just measure your work and follow the instructions.
This cowl is worked flat, and there is only one little seam in the neck.
I love the look of garter stitch (knit every row), I think it’s modern, youthful and it is a very easy and relaxing knit!
You can use any yarn and as much colors as you would like, so it is a great stash buster. You can knit this cowl in no time, so it is great for a last minute gift!
And it uses only 1 ball of yarn (about 147 yard / 135 meter) so it is a one skein project!
Supplies:
- yarn : 1 ball Lana Grossa “Only Tweed” (50 gram = 147 yard/135 meter, 3% viscose, 16% polyacrylic, 5% silk, 76% wool)
- straight knitting needles size 10 US / 6 mm or size 9 US / 5.50 mm
- Removable stitch markers
- Tape measure
- Tapestry needle
Stitches used: knit, knit front to back (increase), slip 1 stitch (as if to purl) with yarn in front.
