Easy Knit Kureyon Skew Scarf
This pattern uses a gorgeous 100% yarn (Noro Kureyon), striped on the diagonal with soft, warm merino possum yarn and with 8ply 100% wool edging and tassels.
The effect of the gentle colour transitions and solid colour stripes results in a bold, colourful scarf.
As individual balls of yarn vary, each scarf will be slightly different.
This is an easy and fast knit.
You’ll need:
1 ball of Noro Kureyon 100% wool yarn
Contrasting 70% merino, 30% possum fur yarn (from The Wool Company or similar)
Two colours of contrasting 8ply 100% wool yarn for the edging and tassels (approximately 20m of one, 4m of the other).
7 mm knitting needles
7 mm crochet hook
tapestry needle for darning in ends
