I have sized this for an adult head but the stitches are in counts of 4. You can decrease by multiples of 4 to fit this to a smaller head. It is a very easy pattern and can be worked up fast once you cast on and go.

I incorrectly numbered the rows and have now corrected this problem. I am sorry for the confusion, everyone!
