Easy One Row Lace Knit Scarf Pattern

This pattern is for a very simple lace knit scarf. If you can purl, do a yarn over and knit 2 stitches together then you can complete this scarf pattern.

The scarf is knit using size US 9 straight knitting needles. The yarn I used in the photos is Lana Grossa Opera yarn but any glitter or sequin type of yarn that recommends a size 8 or 9 needle can be used to knit this scarf. It requires 2 skeins of yarn or 200 yards.

Gauge: 12 sts by 14 rows in pattern = 2 1/2 inch wide by 2 1/2 inch long swatch

The finished scarf is approximately 40 inches long by 7 inches wide. You can always knit it longer if you have more yarn.
