American crochet terms.

This is my simplest crochet shawl pattern, its appropriate even for a beginner. Its lacy and pretty without being complicated. It is made with just one skein of easily available “Shawl In a Ball” yarn a lovely cotton blend yarn with long color changes.

A lovely shawl for a spring or autumn day or cool summer night or an evening wrap all year long. A versatile fashion accessory.

The shawl in the photo is about 74 inches by 18 inches but it is easy to change the size.
