This infinity-style twist neck cowl mimics the look of a moebius but does not require a special cast-on method. The cowl is knit in-the-round, uses a normal cast-on, and requires only K and P stitches, making it suitable for beginner as well as experienced knitters.

Photos are included in the pattern instructions showing how to create the twist and how to finish with a stretchy bind-off. Details are also provided on how to change the stitch number to create a cowl of any desired size.

The cowl shown in the photo was knit with one hank of Astral Yarn from The Alpaca Yarn Co. (colorway Gemini Wine) and has a circumference of about 20 inches.
