Make it with the strap to wear as a pouch or without as a simple case.

From the top of the strap to the cozy is 27 inches. From the top of the strap to the bottom of the cozy is 33 inches. The cozy itself is 6 inches from top to bottom and 3 1/2 inches across when empty and flat. All measurements are approximate - especially since this has a lot of stretch to it.
