Easy Ruffle Dress!
This is the easiest of my ruffle dresses, if you can manage a granny square then you can manage this dress :)

You will need to know:
Slip stitch
Single crochet
Double crochet
Triple crochet
and that is about it!

Very easy to be modified for other sizes, but detailed descriptions are given for the baby sizes listed.
