This easy toddler halter top is only available in toddler size.
Finished size 9 inches long
3.5 inches across the neck/top
19 inches across the bottom along the ruffle
This top will wrap around the toddler at the waist. This pattern only uses half double crochet and increases.
You won’t need long to get it all finished. I used I love this Cotton Brand yarn for mine.
