Easy Treesy
A crochet pattern by Over the Head Threads

Description:
Let it snow! The trees look so magical after a snowstorm. This pattern plays into a wintery treescape and puts a cute, fun spin on it! Using colors such as pink or blue adds a bit of whimsy to your winter!

Finished Sizes:
2-12” or larger. Each layer adds about 1” to the total size. So, the 3-layer tree is about 3”, while the 5 layer tree is about 5” tall.

Supplies:
-Worsted Weight Yarn in 1-2 colors of choice. Or try a different weight yarn!

-4.25mm hook in US size (or at least a size down for stiffness)
-sewing needle and scissors for weaving in ends

Instructions:
The greatest thing about this tree is you can stop whenever it is tall enough for you. Making a small ornament? Go for the 2- or 4-layer sizes! Want to use them as a table setting? A 3- or 5-layer tree might be better! Want a stunning centerpiece? Go for the bigger sizes, or a combination of sizes to create a lush, wintery forest scene! Not only does this pattern allow you to pretty much stop at any time, but you can also enjoy super easy counting!
