This V stich placemat is a functional placemat pattern. It is pretty, compact, easy and quick to make. It is made of two yarn colors Since it is a no space V stich ,it is solid enough to protect the table . The pattern uses basic double crotchet and thus user friendly for a beginner

18 inches by 11.5 inches (45.72 cm x29.21cm)
However, you can make any width wider by adding more rows.
