Yarn:

The original pair, the ‘mauve’ pair of gloves was created using amazing hand-dyed merino/alpaca blend yarn from an Australian artisan, Angie’s Studio Yarn . When you find a beautiful yarn like this, a special pattern is needed to accentuate the qualities you find.

The short-fingered version shown here was created using sport-weight yarn for the creator’s husband.
