Ebb and Flow
Welcome to the Ebb and Flow
This pattern is in mosaic crochet, using the Overlay method (also known as: the one row method or Tinna’s method) worked in rows.
This blanket is called Ebb and Flow. The inspiration for the blanket and its name is that highs and lows, the ups and the downs, the bitter and the sweet, the joy and the sorrow all are part of life and all have their own beauty.
I for one can’t wait to see what beautiful blanket you will crochet!
You can read all about the basics of Mosaic Crochet in the accompanying document Mosaic Crochet, The Basics. It explains the following subjects:
- Mosaic crochet
- The stitches
- Reading the pattern
- Three solutions for the ends
- Attaching the double border
- Easy first row
- Color use
Check it out for all your questions!
