Sophisticated and chic, this lacy piece falls somewhere between a choker and a necklace. It is secured by two lengths of chain, and lies flat on the neck. Only one side is painted with Mod Podge to create a softer, more molded feel. It is a dramatic piece, rather similar to Noir Necklace. I do have a penchant for striking black necklaces. :)
